1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7 (seven) day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase of SP CHECK 3. During this period, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, without the need for justification.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the guarantee period:

  2. Provide your full name and email used for purchase
  3. Include the order number or payment receipt
  4. Add "REFUND REQUEST" in the email subject

3. Processing Time

After receiving your refund request:

  • We will confirm receipt within 24 business hours
  • We will process the refund within 5 business days
  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for purchase
  • The time for the money to appear in your account depends on the card operator or bank (usually 5 to 10 business days)

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are unconditional within the 7-day period. After this period:

  • It will not be possible to request a refund for general dissatisfaction
  • Refunds may be analyzed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations
  • Technical issues will be prioritized for resolution via support

5. Access Cancellation

After confirmation of the refund, your access to SP CHECK 3 will be immediately canceled. You will no longer be able to use the product or access any associated features.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital products within 7 days, ensuring a full refund.

7. Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abusive or fraudulent use of the product
  • Violation of Terms of Use
  • Multiple successive purchases and refunds
  • Attempt to obtain access without payment
